Today, over $124,000 in Teacher Incentive Allotments was awarded to incredible educators at Dowling Elementary! 👏✨

We are so proud to see the hard work, dedication, and impact of our teachers being recognized in such a meaningful way. These educators pour into our students every single day, and this honor reflects the growth, commitment, and care they bring into the classroom. ❤️

A special congratulations to Coach Muniz for being one of the first Ector County ISD PE Coaches to receive this recognition! 🏆

Today we wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week with a little coffee-inspired surprise for our amazing Dowling Elementary Staff! Each staff member received a Starbucks tumbler and Amazon gift card as a small thank you for the BIG difference they make every single day. ✨

A huge thank you to our partners at Communities In Schools for helping make this possible and for supporting our staff in such thoughtful ways. 💚

Dowling teachers and staff ➡️ thank you for the love, patience, encouragement, and care you pour into our students daily. We appreciate you more than words can say!
