🚗🐴 **Pease Families: Arrival & Dismissal Information**

The first day of school is almost here! To help ensure a safe and smooth start to the year, please review the **Arrival & Dismissal Maps** attached to this post. They include important traffic patterns, drop-off and pick-up locations, and procedures for each grade level.

📧 **This information has also been emailed to the email address you have on file in Parent Portal.** If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

A few important reminders:

✅ Morning arrival begins at **7:15 a.m.** Our staff will help students out of their vehicles and safely es**rt them to the cafeteria or class as appropriate. For the safety of all students, parents will not be allowed to loiter in the lobby or at the front of the building. Please take those special first-day photos at home before arriving!

🚗 During dismissal, **you must display your Pease car rider tag.** Please remain in your vehicle. For student safety, we will **not** hand students off to people at dismissal. Stay in your car!!

🚶 Walker students must have a completed Walker Permission Form on file before they will be allowed to walk home.

🚌 Transportation information is still being finalized. If you have **not** received confirmation from the Transportation Department before the first day of school, please make arrangements to pick up your child. Students who are not approved by Transportation will not be permitted to ride the bus.

⏰ Please remember that dismissal will take a little longer during the first couple of weeks as students learn their routines and dismissal numbers. Once procedures are established, pickup will become much faster. We appreciate your patience and grace as our team of approximately 40 staff members safely dismisses nearly 600 students each day.
