✨2026 ODESSA UNDER 40 HONOREE SPOTLIGHT✨✨
Tryann Stevenson is a competitor and coach at RuFFhouse MMA, philanthropist with Team Seven, and a board member for Harmony Home Children's Advocacy Center. Known throughout the community for his servant heart and action-oriented mindset, Tryann has dedicated his time to mentoring youth, supporting families in crisis, and organizing large-scale community donation drives throughout Odessa.
What began as personal volunteer work helping neighbors, mentoring children, and collecting donations for disaster victims grew into a larger community mission after his involvement in Dancing With West Texas Stars in 2023. Since then, Tryann has led annual toy, clothing, and hygiene drives benefiting Harmony Home, the Crisis Center, Safe Place, and Rainbow Room, helping countless local families during the holiday season.
Training internationally, including time spent in Japan, profoundly changed his outlook on life and training, inspiring him to create his organization, Team Seven. He credits his passion for helping others to his mother, who worked for CPS and taught him the value of serving those in need from an early age. His head coach and the owner of RuFFhouse, Dez Hill, inspires him daily to maintain a "don't quit" attitude that resonates not just with training and competing, but in life. Tryann is looking forward to his upcoming MMA fight in November in Odessa.
A brown belt through the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation, Tryann competes in international organizations. His personal motto is simple: “Many people talk about it. But who's about that action?”

Tracey Wood is a proud Odessan, entrepreneur, chef, and passionate community advocate whose impact can be felt throughout the Permian Basin. Alongside her husband, Matt Wood, she owns and operates several beloved local businesses, including Johnny’s BBQ, Copper Kettle Café, and Driftwood Events. The couple reconnected through Young Professionals of Odessa, a connection that helped shape both their personal and professional journey.
Known for her positivity and generous spirit, Tracey actively supports numerous nonprofit organizations, including Meals on Wheels, Girl Scouts, Special Olympics, Ronald McDonald House, West Texas Gifts of Hope, the Crisis Center, Odessa YMCA, Odessa Arts, and local schools and youth sports programs. She is especially recognized for using her culinary talents to support families during times of hardship through donated meals and community events.
Tracey currently holds the title of Mrs. Lonestar State USA and will compete for Mrs. USA this summer. Her honors include the Silver Skillet Award and Golden Skillet Award through the Nonprofit Management Center’s Chef Showdown, the Adult Volunteer Award through the Nonprofit Management Center, and the Silver Spoon Award through the Permian Basin Restaurant Association.

Seth Blackstone is an Account Manager at Kimray, where he supports supply stores and field operations throughout the oil and gas industry. A proud Odessa native, Seth is deeply committed to serving his community through faith, leadership, and mentorship.
Seth has been a member of Sherwood Church of Christ for over 30 years and currently serves as a Deacon. Throughout his years of service, he has been involved as a Bible school teacher, bus driver, interim youth minister, song leader, small group leader, and outreach committee leader. He also has led worship services at local assisted living centers and previously co-led Celebrate Recovery, a faith-based recovery program supporting individuals through life’s challenges.
In addition to his church leadership, Seth serves as President of the Odessa Christian School Board and is a graduate of Leadership Odessa Class of 2017, where he received the “Natural Born Leader” Award.
Seth and his wife, Hope, are proud parents to their daughter, Mya Grace, whom they welcomed through adoption in 2021. Seth lives by the principle: “Jesus commands us to love our neighbor as ourselves, which is how I strive to live.”

Samuel Canty is the frontman and co-founder of the Texas country rock band Treaty Oak Revival, which was founded in Odessa in 2019. As a songwriter, vocalist, and performer, Sam has helped lead the band to worldwide success while proudly representing West Texas and the Odessa community on stages across the globe.
Under Sam’s leadership, Treaty Oak Revival has earned multiple major accomplishments, including five RIAA Certified Platinum Singles, eleven RIAA Certified Gold Singles, two RIAA Certified Gold Albums, and a #1 Billboard Rock and Folk/Americana album for “West Texas Degenerate.” The album also reached #3 on Billboard’s Country Albums chart and #21 on the Billboard 200.
Beyond music, Sam and the band are passionate about giving back through donations and service. Their contributions include support for Habitat for Humanity, the Odessa Community Foundation, Amarillo Area Foundation fire relief efforts, Texas Hill Country flood victims, and Special Olympics programs, where they have also volunteered their time.
A Permian High School graduate and Odessa native at heart, Sam is married to his beautiful wife, Kelsi, and is a proud father to their son. He proudly continues to represent West Texas wherever his music takes him.

Price Holt is the Permian Basin Sales Manager for Knight Energy Services, where he leads a team serving customers across the Permian Basin and major oil and gas regions throughout the United States. A third-generation oil and gas professional with over ten years of industry experience, Price has built his career on leadership, relationship-building, and creating long-term partnerships that drive success for both customers and the company.
Price has remained deeply involved in community service throughout his life, volunteering with organizations including Meals on Wheels Permian Basin, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Keep Midland Beautiful, Keep Odessa Beautiful, and multiple mission trips to Mexico. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2012 and currently serves on the steering committee for the Permian Basin chapter of the American Association of Drilling Engineers.
A graduate of Texas Tech University with degrees in Marketing and Management and a minor in Personal Finance, Price and his wife, Abigail, recently welcomed their first baby girl and are proud to call the Midland-Odessa area home.
Price believes success is measured by building trust, investing in others, and strengthening the community that supports the oil and gas industry.
