Yesterday, Odessa College joined the Texas Workforce Commission and the Permian Basin Workforce Development Board to celebrate a $2,416,902 Skills Development Fund grant supporting workforce training for healthcare professionals across Texas.

Odessa College will provide simulation-based learning, leadership development and technical training for employees at 11 hospitals and six urgent care centers—strengthening our regional healthcare workforce and helping improve patient care.
