Christian’s first piano lesson with Mrs. Kathy was a success. He loved the piano, but he seems more excited about the M&Ms.

The 2026-2027 school year session at West Texas Music Academy begins next week and we are accepting new private lesson percussion students (ages 8-18).

Anderson is preparing for her first piano lesson this month. She will practice on the same piano her that her great-grandmother bought for her mom, Kelby, when she began piano lessons. Generations of music making. A legacy.

Bravo to the cast of Basin Theatre Works production of “The Sound Of Music”. So many of our local musicians lit up the stage tonight. We are especially proud of WTMA vocal student, Halle Brooks as she sang beautifully. Only one more chance to see the show. Tomorrow night at 8 pm.

Miss Chandler got her first guitar. She is excited to begin guitar lessons with Erik Madrid at West Texas Music Academy.
