Blended Educator of the Week: Andrea Karolina Gutierrez Rivera 🌟

Andrea is a first-grade bilingual, self-contained teacher in Ector County ISD with 10 years of teaching experience spanning Colombia and the United States.

After completing both Foundations of Blended Learning and AI in Blended Learning Classrooms with UTeach PD, Andrea has embraced AI as a partner in personalizing instruction and preparing her students with the skills they need for the 21st century. Her experience teaching across two countries and two languages has also inspired her to create bilingual resources that strengthen connections with families and caregivers.
