FINALLY!!! After 4 solid ass months of training hit my PR goal!!!! 60 min 1200 cal 23 miles on an assault bike!!! NEVER FU***NG GIVE UP!!! KILLERS DONT HUNT KILLERS KILL!!! succeed or die!!! So proud of myself!! Thinking on next goal now…thinking 40 strict pull ups!!!

Today at the gym someone told me I looked like an action figure and I think that might be the best compliment I’ve ever gotten lol I’m bloated as hell feel like s**t and have had a rough few days emotionally and today was an especially bad day…I needed to hear that lol

Hard to believe it’s been 4 years since my last drink!!!! I don’t even feel like the same person like legitimately I don’t even recognize the former me…I’m so glad I decide to quit drugs and alcohol and give my life to Christ!!! Every day isn’t perfect but it’s better than the way I was living!!! Thank you Jesus Christ the almighty king of kings for never giving up on me even though I had given up on myself and gave me a second life to allow me a chance to live a better cleaner life!!!

This guy was SUCH an inspiration to me in the process of getting sober, giving my life to Christ, and starting KO…when things would get hard I would put on his speech Warrior and just GRIND away…his preaching is where I learned Proverbs 22:29 which became the foundation of Killers Only!!!
