**Meet Our Ross Rams!
You’ve spent the last several weeks meeting the incredible people who make Ross Elementary so special, so I suppose it’s finally my turn! 😊
One of the reasons we’ve shared these introductions is because we want our families to feel like they know us. Strong schools are built when families and educators trust one another, communicate openly, and work together for children. We want you to know the people who teach, support, encourage, and care for your Ross Rams every day — and we want you to feel comfortable reaching out to us and partnering with us throughout the year.
I am incredibly honored to serve as the Principal of Ross Elementary and to lead this amazing team. My hope is that every child feels known, loved, challenged, and supported — and that every family knows they have a place and a voice at Ross.
We’re ready for an incredible year, and we can’t wait to do it **together**. 🧡

Meet Our Ross Rams!
Today we’re excited to introduce **Claudia Amaro**, one of our 4th Grade Teachers!
Mrs. Amaro has already shown us exactly what kind of teammate she is. She is flexible, dependable, and always willing to step in wherever she’s needed — whether that means supporting students, helping in the front office, answering phones, or adjusting quickly when plans change.
She brings a positive attitude and a true team-first mindset to Ross, and we’re excited to see her bring that same energy into her 4th grade classroom this year.
And because apparently joining the Ross family is a **whole-family commitment**, she has even volunteers her teenage son as our Ross Ram mascot. 😂🐏 We’ll be holding her to that one!
We’re so happy to have Mrs. Amaro on Team Ross and can’t wait to see the impact she makes with our students.

**Meet Our Ross Rams!**
One of the greatest compliments a school can receive is when people encourage their own family members to become part of the team.
Today we're celebrating two incredible members of our 1st Grade Team—**Rhonda Beaman** and **Stacy Hayse**—who also happen to be sisters!
Together, they bring years of experience, a heart for children, and a shared commitment to helping every student learn, grow, and succeed. Their classrooms are filled with encouragement, meaningful relationships, and a passion for helping students build a strong foundation for the future.
In addition to teaching first grade, Mrs. Beaman serves as one of Ross Elementary's Multi-Classroom Leaders (MCLs) through our nationally recognized Opportunity Culture model. Her leadership extends beyond her own classroom as she coaches and supports fellow teachers to strengthen learning across our campus.
We love that Ross is a place where people want to work—and where they're proud enough to invite the people they love to work alongside them. That's a reflection of the culture we're building and the community we're honored to serve.
Please help us celebrate these incredible sisters and valued members of Team Ross! 🧡🐏
