Our spacious matted facility is a great fit for fitness instructors, yoga teachers, Tai Chi instructors, wellness programs, private training, small group classes, and other movement-based programs.

This morning’s Women’s Self-Defense class was a great one! 💪

We spent the morning working on practical, realistic skills designed to build confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond when things don’t go according to plan.

Self-defense isn’t about memorizing a few “perfect” techniques. It’s about learning how to stay composed under pressure, create opportunities, and fight your way to safety.

A huge thank you to these women who came out, trained hard, asked questions, and stepped outside their comfort zones. Every rep builds confidence, and every class makes you a little harder to victimize.

Ladies, YOU DESERVE BETTER. 🤦‍♀️

These women walked into a personal safety class hosted by law enforcement, expecting to learn how to protect themselves, and walked out feeling empowered without having learned skills that would meaningfully prepare them for real violence.

And that’s the problem!

Feeling confident is not the same as being prepared.
