🐝 Nothing beats getting to know one another during the first week of school! 💚🍊

Our 3rd-grade Honeybees spent time building relationships through teamwork, reading, and activities designed to create a strong classroom community. 📚🤝

These first-week moments help students connect, feel like they belong, and learn that their classroom is a place where everyone works, learns, and grows together! 🐝💛

Our Honeybees have been busy learning, collaborating, and growing this week! In 5th grade Math and Science, students worked together through engaging lessons that encouraged critical thinking, discussion, and hands-on learning.

🔬 In Science, students explored solids, liquids, and gases through a collaborative sorting activity.
➗ In Math, students worked together to solve problems, explain their thinking, and strengthen their mathematical understanding.

We love seeing our students learning from one another and making meaningful connections across the curriculum. Another great week of learning in the Hive! 🐝📚✨

🐝 First Week in the Hive = COMPLETE! 🧡💚

What an incredible first week back at Citrus Elementary! Our Honeybees filled the halls with smiles, excitement, learning, and lots of positive energy. From reconnecting with friends to building new routines and relationships, we are so proud of the way our students and staff kicked off the school year.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing teachers, staff, students, and families for making our first week so special. We’re just getting started, Honeybees—here’s to an amazing year of learning, growing, and shining together! 🍯🐝
