My name is Tonja Kellom, I’ve been operating my in-home daycare since 1990, I am also Licensed with the State of Florida (DCF). This means that I must operate my family daycare home in compliance with the provisions of the State Statutes. This requires me to maintain certain records, meet Health and Safety guidelines and every person living in my home will go through an extensive Back Ground Screening complete with Finger printing.
