Our goal is to provide free clothes to all ECHS students with your help! Please donate old clothes!

Thank you all so much for the donations! More people came to the meeting this time and we were able to have enough for everyone to get more than a couple pieces of clothes! We have more than enough clothing for now so we don’t need any more donations. Thank you so much to those who donated to our club! We’ll start taking donations again when our supply starts running out. Thank you again!

Thank you all for donating so many clothes! Our club has been going well but we didn’t really have any students donating. This meant that students either didn’t come because of the small amount of clothing or didn’t find any suitable clothing of their size. The club team has been trying to find ways to get people to donate but we didn’t have much luck. Now, we have so many clothes to give out for our meetings!

If any students who go to ECHS want to donate, they can go to Mrs. Demerjian’s room, room D206, and leave items in the donation box. If any of you who don’t go to the school want to donate, you can message us and we can find a way and time to pick up your donations!

I’ll be updating this page more often with descriptions of how our meetings go! Our next club meeting will be next Thursday so I’ll update then.

Our school club is asking for your help! We are the El Camino High School Thrift Club in Oceanside, California. Our purpose in this club is to provide clean, wearable clothes for all students in El Camino for free. We have run into the problem of not having enough donations for people to thrift freely. We have asked students to donate old clothes, but in the span of about 3 weeks, we have only gotten a total of around 10 donations, most of them being from the same people. This is why we decided to ask for donations outside of the school. If you live in Oceanside or Vista and have clothes you want to donate to high school students, please contact us and we will come to pick up these donations. We appreciate your support!
