For 27 years, Oceanside teacher Kathy Easterbrook has done more than teach—she has helped ensure students and families have access to food when they need it most. Her classroom food pantry has become a vital source of support for many in our community, and thanks to a dedicated team of volunteers and partners, her mission will continue long after her retirement.
