We’re getting ready for an exciting school dance, and we need your help to make it a fun and memorable night for our students! The PTO is looking for volunteers to assist with setup, chaperoning, and cleanup.

NOTICE OF PTO DISBANDMENT

Dear Parents, Staff, and School Community,

This notice serves as formal notification that the North Terrace Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will be officially dissolved effective June 15, 2026.
The only way the PTO can remain operational is if there is a full board- President, Vice President, Treasurer, Volunteer Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Fundraising Coordinator, and Social Media Manager.

After careful consideration and discussion, the PTO leadership has determined that the organization will cease operations due to declining participation, lack of volunteers, or organizational restructuring. Simply put, there isn’t enough people willing to assume positions on the Board.

During the next 30 days, the PTO will work to:
• Finalize any outstanding financial obligations
• Close organizational accounts
• Determine the appropriate distribution of remaining funds and assets in accordance with the PTO bylaws and applicable regulations
• Maintain communication with members regarding final decisions and updates

We want to sincerely thank all parents, teachers, staff, volunteers, and community members who have supported the PTO over the years. Your time, dedication, and generosity have positively impacted our students and school community in countless ways.
