Foussat Elementary School is located along the San Luis Rey River in the beautiful community of Oceanside. We have a student population of approximately 800 students in Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grades. Foussat has a caring staff that is committed to helping your child reach their highest academic potential. While providing a safe and secure campus, we strongly encourage parent involvement and participation.
