We are so excited to celebrate Rea as our Minder of the Month!

Rea truly embodies the heart and spirit of Munchkin Minders. She works hard, plays hard, and brings an incredible level of energy and positivity to everything she does.

Rea is not only upbeat and engaging with the children, but she is also an amazing support behind the scenes. As a lead sitter for many of our group childcare events, she consistently steps up, takes initiative, and ensures everything runs smoothly. Her willingness to go above and beyond… whether it’s helping fellow Minders, supporting families, or making sure every child feels seen and cared for does not go unnoticed.

Rea is a dependable, thoughtful, and joyful presence on our team, and we are so grateful for the dedication and love she brings to Munchkin Minders. She is truly a valuable part of our community, and we feel lucky to have her!

✨ Feeling so grateful ✨

This past Easter Sunday, we had five of pur amazing Munchkin Minders out working together at La Valle Coastal Club, and my heart is so full. 💛

Watching our team connect, support one another, and truly enjoy being with the children was such a beautiful thing. From creative crafts to fun-filled activities, they created a magical experience for every child there. 🎨🐣

I’m beyond proud of this incredible group of women. The way they show up, the way they care, and the way they genuinely get along and have fun together ….it’s everything I could hope for in a team.

This is what Munchkin Minders is all about… creating joy, connection, and meaningful moments for families and children.

Melanie is a devoted mother of three, a strong and resilient woman, and someone who consistently shows up with care, integrity, and heart. As the owner of Munchkin Minders, I can honestly say how much I love and appreciate Melanie, not just for the work she does, but for who she is.

She works hard, shows up fully for our families, and brings reliability, warmth, and presence into every home she supports. Families trust her, children adore her, and we know we can always count on her.

Melanie also has a deep love for adventure and fun and she’s always dreaming up something creative or playful, making each day feel engaging and memorable for the kids in her care. Whether it’s an outdoor adventure, a thoughtful activity, or simply her calm, grounded presence, Melanie brings joy wherever she goes.

We are so grateful to have her as part of the Munchkin Minders family. Thank you, Melanie, for all that you give to the children, the families, and this community.
