Today would be Nechama's father, Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky OBM, 75th birthday.
The OneMitzvah.org platform was an initiative he launched to counter his illness and was very near and dear to him.
He would always quote Mimanodies, “One action, may be all that’s needed to tip the scales towards the good and bring salvation to the entire world.”
Please join the family in honoring his memory and take on a mitzvah in his memory and in honor of his birthday.
May we merit to tip the scales and be reunited with the coming of Moshiach!

3,336 years ago, every Jew, from the newborn to the elderly, stood at the foot of Mount Sinai and heard the Ten Commandments from G-d.

Every year since, we gather in the Synagogue to relive that experience. Men, Women & Children of all ages are encouraged to be present, to hear the reading of the revelation at Sinai and the Ten Commandments.

Be there for the reading of the Ten Commandments, and enjoy a festive dairy buffet dinner in honor of the holiday.

Chanukah Celebration TONIGHT!
The Giant Menorah is up at the Regal Cinema Plaza, 401 Mission Ave. in Oceanside, and ready to be lit. It's just awaiting an audience.
The Grand Menorah Lighting is tonight at 5:30 PM
We want to assure all of our attendees that the City of Oceanside will be providing security tonight to assure a calm and safe celebration.

Juggling act
Greetings from the Mayor & local Dignitaries

Gelt & Menorah Parachute Drop
LED Dance Performance & additional Juggling act

Craft table will be open throughout the event

Volunteers are needed to help set up and serve the food and help with the craft table! Please let Nechama know if you can come at 4:30 pm or can help during the event.

HOW: We publish a beautiful and useful Jewish art wall calendar for the Oceanside/Vista area every year. The calendar features 13 months (September to September). we need THIRTY-NINE SPONSORS by the next three days to help us reach our calendar benefit goal!

WHO: Can you join the team of calendar sponsors? Sponsorship begins at $200 and for that, you can choose to submit a business card, a personal greeting, unlimited birthdays, anniversaries, and Yahrtzeits, or you can choose to remain anonymous - your choice.
WHEN: We're compressing this campaign into only three days, so we need to get all the sponsors before this Shabbat!
