We are honored to keep this day an annual tradition, giving people the opportunity to volunteer and share our joy of surfing with others.

This is why women need community in surfing 🤍

Not because they can’t do it alone… but because everything changes when you don’t have to.

When you’re not the only one feeling nervous.
When someone celebrates your smallest wins because they matter.
When you’re reminded that progress isn’t linear, and confidence is built through repetition, not pressure.

Surfing has a way of reflecting everything back at you—your doubt, your growth, your resilience. And when you’re surrounded by women who are going through it with you, something shifts.

It becomes less about performance…
and more about support, laughter, courage, and showing up anyway.

Grateful for every woman who stepped into the water with us and helps create that energy every session:)

Our Women’s Group Performance Session the other day!

These sessions are a good version of some affordable, fun, challenging, speed coaching.

We always run, we never cancel, unless it rained or there’s poor water quality or an advisory of some sort.

We are here for your progression in every condition. There is something to be learned.

We want you to feel a little scared, out of your comfort zone, and challenged. We want you to push yourself so you can have that breakthrough moment.

We have two hours in these sessions. We have mixed it up with guest coaches, like introducing his 4PS to some lucky ladies. We have ran paddle relays. Video feedback. In-water coaching. Small waves, hollow waves, shortboards, longboards.

These sessions are for the women who have their own equipment, can paddle out to the line-up and catch unbroken waves on their own. If you’re still going straight or don’t feel like you’re quite there…. We are here to support you and be your biggest cheerleader. 1% better each session.

We run these group sessions for our women’s surf community each January-June. To hold you accountable. To come together in small intimate groups(no more than 6 surfers per session). To have fun. To feel safe.

I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t belong in the line-up. I’ve felt frustrated, scared, not good enough. I’ve cried. I’ve stopped surfing for 3 years. I have been there. I am here to guide you in your own surf journey:)

The ocean is for everyone, but the way you learn should be personal.

We’ve spent years refining our “Pathways” to ensure that whether you are 5 years old catching your first wave or an intermediate surfer looking to sharpen your turns, you have a clear roadmap to success.
