Summer 2026 Elite Surf Coaching Camps are here!

We are excited to launch the first week of camp next week. It’s a fun and challenging program that will help intermediate to advanced surfers become better competitors mentally and physically.

Mondays and Wednesdays the surfers will run heats in the morning for heat practice. The heats will be filmed and critiqued to address technique and body mechanics. There will be midday lunch time talks about strategy and preparation. Early afternoon the surfers will have a free surf where they are able to let loose and try new maneuvers. These sessions will be photographed.

Tuesdays and Thursdays will consist of more heat practice with a run-around technique on Tuesday. Thursday we will implement priority and have the students surf it and do priority for the other students. Both days we will be physical fitness days which include stretching and about 45mins of intense work out. This will help the athletes achieve maximum physical strength and a new level of confidence in their abilities.

Fridays start with donuts, an alternative board demo, and end with a competition. The end of the week competition will have a cash 💵 prize purse. Everyone wins money. There will be prizes from and !

Thank you for putting on a great event this weekend at our home break! Saturday was definitely a bit better for waves than Sunday, but we had absolutely brutal wind Saturday.

Our crew threw down some pretty stellar performances this weekend. Some had great early round heats and others smashed the final. I always have to remind my athletes that’s it’s a long road and that we are going for consistency. surfed a decent heat first thing in the morning, but just needed a touch more on her back up score to advance on. had a similar situation with a good wave but went down only needing a 2.8, but ran out of time. was needing a score, and sunk a wave seconds before the end of the heat for a buzzer-beater advancement. had a sick first heat where he was able to surf and keep bettering scores. His second heat the waves decided to go absolutely dormant and left him needing a score with no time. showed why he’s the air guy and put on a nice show of airs and rail surfing. had a smooth first heat. She was able to get scores and get into rhythm with priority. She grabbed a nice left at the end of the heat and ripped it which slid her into first place for that heat. .barzan surfed super solid all day. Just smart surfing. In the final he was on a wave that would have been the score but just accidentally poked the nose. Congrats Alberto on a 4th place finish. went out into her final with so much determination. She started strong and finished strong. In addition she stuck to the strategy which makes it easy. Congratulations on the big win Zoe! 🏆

We are headed to Pismo for an exciting week of competition Open Pismo Beach! The waves are looking waist to shoulder high all week and there should be beautiful weather with relatively light winds and ample sunshine. We are looking forward to supporting our athletes who have been training hard and ready to compete in the second to last contest of the season. Follow our surfers’ progress at .qs and keep an eye on our story for updates. Let’s go!

The Rock was a great event for the crew! made big progress staying busy and catching more waves then our last event together. Stoked to see the progress. I was psyched to take on .saffell and see what he’s got to offer. Tons of talent. .gamboa_v put in a great effort but ran into some super challenging small conditions the second morning. surfed a super close heat. I thought he made it, but that’s how it goes sometimes. I was super stoked to work with .f and was astonished on how advanced her heat IQ is! made huge improvements in this event and we just ran into a washer machine of surf, but Jonny threw down against some CS surfers. Very impressive.

smashed many heats and took a respectable 5th place finish. and .mitchell took 5th place finishes as well which were their best WQS finishes to date.

We are super thankful for a blessed 2025 and are ready to ring in 2026 in Pismo Beach! See y’all there!
