🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Co-Op Childcare: Parents can form a cooperative where everyone takes turns watching the children. This can significantly reduce costs.

🏫After-School Programs: For older children, after-school programs are often available through schools or community centers at lower costs.

🩷Nanny share: Set up a system with other parents to hire one nanny part time between you and still offer them a full time schedule. This can reduce costs while ensuring that children are cared for by trusted individuals.
