Let's be honest, why should your employees care beyond a paycheck?
You most probably too asked yourself this, so you try to motivate them. You buy your team pizza, you give them a pep talk, or maybe you take them on a exotic trip and have them build houses.
But two weeks later they are back to the old grind. Forgetting the event ever happened. You are back to constantly pushing your employees to perform and them feeling pushed.
