Local heroes from the Ocean Springs Fire Department came to the preschool for fire safety week and it was such a great visit! They spoke with the students about staying safe, showed them different tools they used to help people and let each student sit in the driver's seat of the fire truck. They even got dressed in their safety gear to show the students not to be afraid of them. Not only was it informative but they also made it so much fun for all of the kids.
Thank you for taking the time to do this for our little school, and thank you for being our heroes!

When Mrs. LeAnne came from the library this week to visit with the students she brought dancing ribbons for everyone!! After a couple of stories she handed them out to the students and taught them dances and songs with them and they loved it! It was a simple addition that brought so much joy to the classroom, thank you Mrs. LeAnne!

Water day was so much fun! Teachers had the sprinkler set up and water tables to play in and the students just went wild! It was a great relief from the heat we've been having to deal with everyday and just an all around good time for all of us.

This week's theme is all weather, and there was no better time to put a leaf blower and some toilet paper to use so the students could witness wind in action. I think next time we go bigger with even more! Those happy squeals from the students are so worth it!!!
