This presentation is designed for everyday bystanders and covers the ABCs of bleeding control: Alert (how to effectively call 911), Bleeding (how to locate the source of life-threatening bleeding), and Compress (how to apply direct pressure, pack wounds, and safely use a tourniquet). Learn how to help stabilize an injured person until help arrives, and become a lifesaver! Sponsored by St. Damien's Parish Nurse Ministry and the OCNJ Healthy Living Advisory Council.
