What a memorable visit to College Park Elementary! π΄
Thank you to Carole Fletcher and her incredible trick horse, Slyder, for bringing learning to life, and to Lynne Boutte of Eagles View Farm for helping ensure every fourth grader received a copy of The Black Stallion!
Through the Black Stallion Reading Project, all fourth-grade students across ALL 34 elementary schools receive the book along with engaging presentations and hands-on experiences that inspire a love of reading and build important communication skills.
Kudos to The Ocala Horse Alliance Horse Education Team, Kathy Hatfield, Miriam Gonzalez Robles, Heidi Christenson, Letitia Glenn, and Ellie Trueman, photographer, for making this experience fun, safe, and meaningful for our students! π©΅
