Dinner, introductions, and plenty of great conversation!

Our Take Stock in Children students recently got to meet the Project S.O.S. donors who are helping support their journeys after high school! We loved having the opportunity to bring everyone together for an evening focused on making connections and celebrating the bright futures ahead.

A huge thank you to Project S.O.S. and their generous donors for showing up for our students in such a meaningful way!

For 33 hours on September 15th & 16th, our community will come together to support local organizations doing incredible work right here in Marion County — and we’re excited to be part of it!

Now THAT'S a supply haul✏️🎒!

A big thank you to Joy Lutheran Church for supporting our Tools 4 Teaching store year after year!

These goodies will soon find their way into MCPS classrooms, helping our teachers spend less out of their own pockets while giving students the supplies they need.

We’re so thankful to have a community that continues to show up for our schools!

Our team has been busy getting everything sorted, counted, and ready for our MCPS teachers to shop. We LOVE seeing our community come together to help keep classrooms stocked and teachers supported. ❤️

Such a fun day for our PEFMC team!

A little history, a lot of team building, and plenty of laughs made for the perfect way to prepare for another exciting school year. Thank you for having us — we had such a great time!

📚✨ Welcoming teachers back to school this week as they prepare for the 2026/2027 school year!

Earlier this summer, we were excited to welcome the Public Education Foundation of Marion County team to the Fort as they prepared for the year ahead. We loved seeing their enthusiasm, team spirit, and commitment to supporting educators in our community (with sashes and badges to boot!).

Field trips to the Fort aren’t just for students — we welcome educators, teams and organizations looking for a unique space to connect, collaborate and learn. Whether it’s a workshop, staff meeting, team-building experience or a creative change of scenery, we’d love to help bring history and inspiration into your day.
