We’re excited to welcome our newest team member and Aftercare Specialist to the Ember family! With more than 25 years of experience in childcare and extensive experience supporting students with exceptional needs, she brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and care to our community.

As our Aftercare Specialist, she is committed to creating a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Through consistent routines, meaningful relationships, positive behavior support, and engaging enrichment, she’ll help our students end their Ember days feeling confident, connected, and cared for.

We’re so happy to have her as part of our team and can’t wait for our Ember families to get to know her! ❤️🔥

🔥 WE’RE BACK, EMBER FAMILY! 🔥

Today was our first day of the 2026–2027 school year, and there is something pretty magical about seeing Ember come alive again. 🧡

The conversations. The laughter. The curiosity. The friendships picking right back up. The new faces finding their place. The learning happening in ways that don’t always look like “school” — but mean so much more.

At Ember, we believe childhood and learning belong together. We believe kids deserve space to wonder, create, move, ask questions, make mistakes, build confidence, and discover just how capable they are.

And today was the beginning of another year of exactly that. ✨

🌿 Welcome to the Ember Team, Tiffany! 🌿

We are so excited to officially welcome Tiffany Spencer as the newest addition to the Ember Academy team! Tiffany will be serving as our Assistant Learning Guide, supporting our students and Learning Guides throughout the day.

Tiffany is already a familiar face at Ember! 🧡 She first joined our Ember Family as a parent at the beginning of last school year, and we are incredibly excited to now welcome her into this new role on our team.

Tiffany brings more than 16 years of experience working with students as a former elementary teacher, ESL tutor, and homeschool evaluator. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (K–6) with ESOL and Reading Endorsements.

She is passionate about helping students grow academically while building their confidence and recognizing their individual strengths. Tiffany looks forward to getting to know each student in a new capacity and supporting them throughout their learning journey.
