Erin Rubino is an experienced educator, tutor, and homeschool mom passionate about helping students build confidence and reach their full potential. With a background in elementary education and years of hands-on teaching and coaching experience, Erin specializes in working with students who need personalized, one-on-one support—especially in reading comprehension, foundational skills, and test preparation.

Through her work with both homeschooled and traditionally educated students, Erin focuses on meeting each child where they are, creating a supportive environment where growth feels achievable and empowering. Her approach blends structure, encouragement, and real connection—helping students not only improve academically, but truly believe in themselves as learners.

Mrs. Alisha has been part of the Ember family since the very beginning as one of our dedicated parents, and we are thrilled to welcome her into this new role.

With more than 20 years of experience working with children and the past 10 years spent in preschool education, Mrs. Alisha brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and passion to our school. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and is deeply committed to helping children learn, grow, and build confidence.

Her warm, caring approach and dedication to creating a fun, supportive learning environment make her a wonderful addition to our team. We are confident that she will be an incredible asset to our children, families, and fellow Learning Guides.

As we wrap up the 2025–2026 school year, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible Ember Academy Ocala families. ❤️

This year brought so much growth, change, learning, and excitement—and through every transition, challenge, and “growing pain,” your support, patience, encouragement, and trust meant more than we can express. Building something meaningful for children and families takes a community, and we are so thankful to have one as special as ours.

We also want to sincerely thank everyone who attended our Concluding Ceremony this evening. The children did an absolutely wonderful job, and we could not be more proud of the confidence, creativity, growth, and heart they displayed on stage. Watching them perform, celebrate one another, and reflect on all they’ve accomplished this year was truly special.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s journey. We hope your summer is filled with rest, adventure, connection, and beautiful memories.
