We have had an amazing 2025-2026 year at College of Central Florida Equine Studies thanks to all the wonderful support from industry professionals, donors, advisors, College administrators and managers, CF staff, Equine faculty and staff, horse owners, vets, farriers, vendors, students, parents, and scholarship and internship providers just to mention a few!. This year brings an updated 5 year plan with over 27 industry professionals and key supporters weighing in. I have been remiss in posting photos, but will share some highlights here! Thank you to all who make things happen for our students!

Congratulations Graduates!!!

The CF Commencement Ceremonies for 2026 graduates will take place on Friday, May 8, at the World Equestrian Center (WEC) Expo Center 1, 1750 N.W. 80th Ave., Ocala.

The first ceremony at 10 a.m. will recognize graduates receiving baccalaureate degrees, Associate in Science degrees, and certificates.

The second ceremony at 2 p.m. will celebrate graduates receiving Associate in Arts degrees.

Both ceremonies will be livestreamed on the college’s official YouTube page.

Had the opportunity to speak to the Business and Sales class at the College of Central Florida today for their Equine Studies program.

It’s always a great feeling to be back here.
It’s a full circle moment every time I come back.

I had the honor of being on a panel with two other fantastic horsewomen, talking about how each of our life experiences has shaped us into who we are.

We all do very different things within the horse world, but I really appreciate that our perspective of the industry is the same.

That willingness to come together, share knowledge, and learn from each other matters more than people realize.

Getting to come back and talk about what that actually looks like day to day
from running a business to working hands-on with performance horses here in Ocala
is something I don’t take lightly.

I’m grateful for the opportunity and always appreciate being invited back.
