Now hiring: Front Office Administrator - flight school.

We’re looking for a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented front office administrator to join our flight school team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and customer service in an aviation based setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and assist students, instructors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Managing dispatch of airplanes to students
• Payments (Billing/invoicing)
• Maintain and upkeep accurate student records and documentation
• Intake of new students
• Manage flight scheduling
• Filing and keeping an efficient, organized office

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• General knowledge in computer systems (word/excel)

This will be a full time position. Benefits and pay will be discussed during interview process.
