I’ve been seeing this dance all over social media for the past few months, and every time I watched someone do it, I’d think, “There’s no way I could learn that — it’s way too fast and looks so hard.”
But today, I finally decided to give it a try. I told myself, “Honestly, I’ve seen this dance so many times by now, maybe it’ll only take me a few minutes to learn.” And surprisingly… after just 10 minutes and 6 attempts later, I got it!
It was such a good reminder that we’re often way more capable than we give ourselves credit for.
Sometimes the only thing standing between us and the goal is the belief that we can’t do it.
You truly can do anything you put your mind to; never underestimate yourself. 🎉🙂↕️🙌
