Bikes are a daily part of our lives at Oberlin. They’re speedier than walking, cheaper than a car (especially with the help of the Bike Co-op), and eco-friendly. Since its founding, bicycles have been a fundamental part of Oberlin culture. Thanks to the efforts of each of us, has recognized Oberlin College and Conservatory with a Bronze-level award.

What does this mean for you?

OES is creating and supporting non-fossil fueled transportation, including bicycle infrastructure and resources, to make it easier for students, faculty, and staff to get around campus, the city of Oberlin, and the greater Cleveland area to support our carbon neutrality commitment.
