We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Dani Francis to OHS! Welcome to the Tiger family!

“Hi! I’m Dani Francis, your new school counselor. I’m an LCSW with 20+ years in behavioral health, including inpatient psychiatric work, community mental health, and the last eight years in corporate behavioral health.
I’m a mom to two girls, one in high school, one in middle school, so I understand the ups, downs, and everything in between.

Fun fact: I love Starbucks and reality TV, which means I’m always ready with a smile, a listening ear, and probably a latte. I’m excited to support our students and families and to be part of this amazing school community.”

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, writing, and playing several recreational sports. I can’t wait for an amazing school year!”

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Devin Maret to OHS! Welcome to the Tiger family!

“I’m so excited to join the counseling department full-time for the 2026–2027 school year! You might recognize me from last spring when I subbed in the department, and I’m thrilled to step into a full-time role this year.
Before transitioning to school counseling, I taught secondary special education, spending most of my career teaching at a therapeutic day program.
Outside of school, my husband Andy and I are usually keeping up with our two boys, Ben and Walter. We love getting outdoors, going on hikes, and exploring all the wonderful parks around St. Louis! When I get a quiet moment to myself, I love crocheting, playing video games, and reading.
I can’t wait to get to know even more of the OHS staff and students this year!”

When I’m not at school, I love reading, traveling, and going to concerts. I also coach the OHS Color Guard and Winter Guard, which is one of my favorite ways to stay involved with our students!
I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone, building a fun and welcoming classroom, and having an amazing school year!”

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Aaron Carrol back to OHS! Welcome back to the Tiger family!

“Hello, my name is Aaron Carroll and I’m extremely excited to be back at OHS in the business department! I will also be the head boys basketball coach as well. I previously taught at OHS from 2018-2023 before spending the past 3 years at Seckman HS. I’m so excited to be back at such a wonderful school with such great students and teachers.
One fun fact is I’ve been to 28 out of 30 major league baseball stadiums (just missing SF and Arizona). In my spare time, I love spending time with my wife Julie (OHS alumni) and our daughter.

I’m really excited to be back in the district and can’t wait to start working with our students in the classroom and on the basketball court as well!”

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Kelly McClure to OHS! Welcome to the Tiger family!

“I am excited to be joining the OHS counseling team this school year and can’t wait to get to know the students, staff, and families in the Oakville community. I graduated from Quincy University with a master’s degree in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While at Quincy, I was also a five-year member of the women’s lacrosse team. Prior to OHS, I served as a high school counselor in Franklin County.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, trying new craft projects, spending time outdoors, and staying active playing pickleball and volleyball. I’m passionate about helping students feel supported, build confidence, and reach their goals. I’m looking forward to an amazing school year and feel grateful to be part of the OHS community!”
