Story Time With a Firefighter

In collaboration with the Phoenixville Parks and Recreation Department, we are pleased to announce a new event - Story Time With a Firefighter. This free event will be held at the Band Shell at Reeve's Park on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM. While everyone is welcome, the books will be geared toward children up to 6 years old. Come listen to some stories, meet your local firefighters, and even take a tour of the firetruck. We hope to see you there!

Kinda chic to sign up for your card at our Library Card Sign Up Festival event at the Chester County Library in Exton, Sunday September 13 from 1-3pm.

We’ll also have fun activities, music, crafts, and the YMCA’s Zoo and STEM on Wheels.

Join the Royersford Free Public Library and Child Guidance Resource Center on Monday, June 15 at 6:00pm for a Parent Self-Care Workshop! Parents will learn simple stress-management tools, connect with other parents, and discover ways to bring more calm into family life.

This event will led by three experienced therapists focused on self-care, stress relief, and emotional wellness; each participant will receive a FREE Self-Care Kit.
