🔬📜🎭 OUTSKOOL: Applied Science & Living History Lab
OUTSKOOL: Applied Science & Living History Lab is a year-long homeschool enrichment program designed for children who learn best through hands-on exploration, creativity, movement, and collaboration.
This program offers rich experiences in science and history, giving students the opportunity to explore both academic areas in engaging, meaningful ways throughout the day.

🔬 Science Exploration
Students participate in hands-on science learning through experiments, investigations, and guided discovery. Topics explored throughout the year include:
Life Sciences
Physical Sciences
Applied Sciences
Science activities encourage curiosity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and a love of discovery.
📜🎭🍞 Living History, Historical Theatre & Culture
History comes to life through creativity, design, performance, and cultural exploration. Students explore historical time periods by:
building structures, tools, and models inspired by life in the past
creating clothing and functional items from different eras
working together to write simple scripts based on historical life and events
bringing history to life through dramatic performance and role-play
preparing simple foods inspired by the historical time period when appropriate
🏊♀️🏃♂️ Physical Education & Large Motor Play
Each class day also includes physical education and large motor activities, which may include:
Swimming (weather permitting)
FITball drumming
Water aerobics
other movement-based fitness activities
