We’re proud to announce a new FY 2026–27 partnership with Oakland Promise as a workforce program provider for the Oakland Children’s Initiative (OCI) through Tech Exchange’s Serve2STEM Workforce Development Program.

Building on our ongoing collaboration, this partnership expands pathways for Oakland youth to gain the skills, experience, and support to succeed in college, careers, and beyond.

We’re especially grateful to Oakland Promise's leadership team Sandra Ernst Veena Pawloski Marcelo Duran Avalos Tiana Corona and the entire Oakland Children's Initiative team for their leadership, trust, and continued partnership.

We’re honored to announce Tech Exchange’s new partnership with the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) as an Occupational Skills Training provider through our Serve2STEM Workforce Development Program!

This partnership marks an exciting next chapter in Tech Exchange’s long-standing commitment to the City of San Francisco and digital inclusion. Building on years of connecting San Francisco residents to digital literacy, technology access, navigation, and support, while creating new pathways to economic opportunity.

We’re deeply grateful to the entire OEWD team for their partnership and confidence in Tech Exchange. We’re especially excited to work alongside Nadeja (Deja) Adams and Ellie Asenloo from the City and County of San Francisco, while continuing to build on our partnerships with San Francisco institutions and community organizations.

Together, we’re strengthening the bridge between digital inclusion, workforce development, and economic mobility: Helping young people turn hands-on technology skills into meaningful careers and creating connected futures and real pathways to opportunity throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Tech Exchange is thrilled to officially announce our new partnership with the Oakland Workforce Development Board (OWDB) as a WIOA provider through our Serve2STEM Workforce Development Program!

This partnership represents an exciting step forward in our commitment to creating accessible, real-world pathways into technology careers for Oakland’s young adults. Through Serve2STEM, participants gain hands-on technical training, paid work experience, mentorship, career exploration, and the skills and confidence needed to take their next step toward employment, education, and long-term economic mobility.

We’re also excited to continue our work with the Bay Tech Career Initiative (BTCI)and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Quinallison Dovey and the incredible leadership team at OWDB. Also super grateful to continue our work with the amazing Empathways Desing team (Kennan and Karen Scott). Oakland’s workforce ecosystem is strongest when organizations bring their unique strengths together—and we’re proud to be part of that collective effort.
