Black College Expo 2026 Oakland, California. 2.7.26: The San Francisco Bay Area Bennett Belles were on duty, recruiting for Dear Ole Bennett College this past weekend. The Black College Expo is our largest annual recruiting event in this area. We love to help, support and tell our story to pull in new Belles 🔔💙🔔💙 We had alum from the classes of 2003, 2005, 2023, 2025 and 2026. The Black College Expo will be in Los Angeles on this Saturday, Feb. 14.

The San Francisco Bay Area Bennett Belles had a sweet Student Send Off this past weekend in Oakland. It was fulfilling and nourishing to have intergenerational time, connecting Alumnae to the new and continuing students. We wish our young ladies the best as they head back to North Carolina for the upcoming academic year at our beloved Bennett College 💙🔔💙🔔

Bennett College Belles do the 2024 Black Joy Parade in Oakland, Calif on 2.25.24. The West Coast Belles always do it well. Belle Carah Herring walked in the Parade with the Northern California HBCU Alumni Associations Coalition. Belle Tyler represented her local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority

Bennett College 's President Suzanne Walsh was in the San Francisco Bay Area, and met with local alumnae this week. What a treat!! Thank you soooo much to Belle Marilyn Mackel for hosting our VIP guest. We had a delightful, sisterly afternoon and we are excited about what's in store for our beloved Alma Mater.
