Borrow for free, don't buy -- unless it's from FOTLL's 1st-&-3rd-Saturday-when-the-weather-is-good Tool Sale. The Friends support library staff and patrons, offering classes on a variety of subjects from pruning to foundation bolting. The Friends work to maintain and expand the services of the ONLY free Tool Library in Oakland, Emeryville and Piedmont.
