Our FFA officer team has worked hard this summer to design the perfect FFA t-shirt to recognize our chapter! You can shop for shirts, sweatshirts, bags, hats & much asked for FFA socks.

We are going to make a schedule update on our post fair cleanup.

Looking at the forecast - Wednesday looks beautiful. (Dare we say after the temps of fair, a light weight sweatshirt may be needed?! 😅)

We are going to start around 5 PM but come any time to help reset the fairgrounds.

Riverside FFA has had an outstanding week with all of our exhibitors & fair helpers. We want to take a moment to thank all of our parents, supporters, staff & anyone else who has helped these kids get to where they are, in & out of the show ring!

A big shout out to two of our Riverside FFA members who made it to the The Best of the Southwest Shootout coming up on August 1st in Bedford! Give these kids a huge congratulations & good luck as they prepare for the shootout!

Wow...Riverside FFA was represented well today in the show ring at the Pottawattamie County Fair!!

🐷 Mallorie placed 1st in her breeding Berkshire class & won Champion Purebred Breeding Berkshire Gilt! She also placed 3rd in her commercial breeding gilt class. Mallorie placed 1st in her market crossbred gilt class & received Reserve Market Crossbred Gilt! Mallorie received 1st in her crossbred market barrow class & won Champion Market Crossbred Barrow & Reserve Champion Market Hog!

🐷 Karlie placed 3rd in her breeding Berkshire class. She also placed 1st in her AOB Breeding class & won Champion Purebred AOB Breeding Gilt!

🐷 Marlie placed 1st in her breeding spotted class & won Champion Purebred Spotted Gilt! She also won Champion Purebred Breeding Gilt & Reserve Champion Breeding gilt! Marlie placed 1st in her crossbred market barrow class!

🐷 Clara placed 4th in her AOB breeding class. She also placed 1st in her commercial breeding gilt class!

🐷Jersey placed 2nd in her AOB breeding class & won Reserve Champion Purebred AOB Breeding Gilt! She also placed 1st in her commercial breeding gilt class & received Champion Commercial Gilt! Jersey then won CHAMPION BREEDING GILT! Jersey placed 1st & 2nd in her crossbred market barrow classes & received Reserve Champion Market Crossbred Barrow!

🐷 Jaxon placed 1st & 3rd in his commercial breeding gilt classes & received Reserve Commercial Gilt! He also placed 3rd in his crossbred market barrow class!

🐷 Owen placed 2nd his commercial breeding gilt class! He also placed 2nd & 3rd in his market crossbred barrow classes!

🐷 Addison placed 5th in her commercial breeding gilt class. She also placed 3rd in her market crossbred gilt class!

🐷 Callee received 4th in her market Duroc class! She also placed 4th in her crossbred market barrow class!

🐷 Sarah placed 4th in her market crossbred gilt class & 5th in her crossbred market barrow class!

Wha a great end to the County Fair, please go out to the Premium Auction tomorrow & support our kiddos for all the hard work they've done!
