The BSFO at the UC Office of the President is committed to promoting the general welfare of Black faculty and staff, and the UCOP community at large.

BSFO is proactive organization that formally addresses and educates members of the UCOP community about issues unique to Black faculty and staff. BSFO accomplishes this through a variety of events and activities accessible to all UCOP staff.
