Super versatile, the has become a staple at our household! It tastes a lot like the Brazilian “bife acebolado”, which is steak with sauteed onions, a classic of everyday Brazilian cuisine (in the vegan version obviously). The base is always garlic and onions sautéed in vegetable oil with salt and a Bay leaf. From there, you can pretty much add anything and it will taste amazing!

The barbecue jackfruit ribs with cole slaw and macaroni salad is one of our favorite dishes from ! Sooooo good!
