As we expand to open our micro schools all across California, we need your participation in finding local homeschool groups who can help our new families build their communities. Currently, we are looking for homeschooling groups in the San Diego, do you have any suggestions for homeschool groups for our new families in that area?

We're ditching the tired old Open House format for our favored way to learn about anything: Experiential Learning
Try out our new tasty experience!
In lieu of tedious Open Houses we are opening our enrichment classes to the
public as "Enrollment Activities".

Warning: once you get a taste of our
offerings you'll be hooked on learning!

The best way to consider our alternative school is to partake in an activity. In this way you get to meet our staff, see our learning spaces, experience our program and meet other like minded parents, all while your
student/s learns something new and exciting with new like-minded friends.

Just uploaded this more current profile picture of a BLC activity "Tide Pools in Depth" workshop and added this slideshow about the event. We had a great time exploring tide pools with a Marine Biologist. We had the privilege of viewing collections not open to the public at The California Academy of Science with our specialist who worked there and came with us on the tide-pool exploration. Good times!
