I've got 3 Writing Circles (Zoom) starting this month! The circle is an intimate space to write without worry about performance, perfection or even improvement… Writing in a small group, on a regular basis, reminds us to:

🔎 pay attention to small things… the seemingly inconsequential details. The more we look, the more we see.

🕰 commit time and surrender to the process... even though we don’t know what the end result will be.

🙏 remember that the practice of writing has the physical effect of grounding us and promoting wellbeing.❤

Do you want to make space in your life to write? I offer small group writing circles based on the Wild Writing process. In this circle, I read a poem, offer a few prompts, set the timer for 10 - 15 minutes and off we go! We come back together to read what we've written, we honor by listening and offer no critique. In this practice we're encouraged to let the striver in us relax and to write poorly, to listen to our intuitive voice and write the words as we hear them, nothing fancy. I've got a sweet group beginning on Thursday - lunch time! Please let me know if you'd like to join or have question...
