Juliana Spahr wins the Pulitzer! A longtime legacy Mills faculty member, Spahr claimed this year’s honor in poetry for her collection Ars Poeticas, in which she takes stock of her personal disillusionment and interrogates her relationship to her art form, community, and politics. The Pulitzer Prize is awarded annually by Columbia University for exceptional achievements in journalism, arts, and letters.
