Mills Teacher Scholars supports teams of urban public school educators to conduct collaborative inquiry on their practice. Teacher teams meet regularly with MTS staff to pursue their collaborative inquiry work. Teachers and school leaders frame a question about their students' learning, select focal learners, collect and collaboratively analyze student work data, and adjust their teaching in respo
