Welcome to my living room :)

Today I decided to shift camera angles from a plain white wall behind me to sharing my favorite part of my home: my plants! Some small ones I’ve planted indoors and some gigantic trees I adore outside my windows.

I realize more and more as the days pass and I meet new inspiring clients, how important it is for me to be my authentic self as their coach, so they can feel safe and comfortable to bring their whole self to their Accent Transformation journeys.

Seeing beautiful nature and cozy couches hopefully welcomes their souls to feel even more comfortable and peaceful during our sessions together.

Conscious breathing techniques

Can be your best friend

During these tough times!

Try my favorite Breathing Technique

And notice how you feel before + after…

4 - 7 - 8

1. Set a timer for five minutes

2. Close your eyes or look at a focal point

3. Inhale for four counts

4. Hold your breath for seven counts

5. Exhale for eight counts

6. Repeat!

Finding your authentic voice

In a new language is a journey

So my *Top Tip* is to make it

FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN !!!!!!!

When you talk about something you *love*

Your passion will show

And even if you stumble on a word

Or forget a little grammar rule --

Your excitement for the subject

Will *lift* you up

And keep you going!

Try this exercise at home:

1. Pick a subject you LOVE!
2. Look up 5-10 related English vocabulary words
3. Write one paragraph in English about this passion
4. Find a conversation buddy
5. Ask, “What is your passion?” And share yours too!

If I was your buddy

I would talk about... CATS

My heart melts every time I see one

I grew up with more than 16

And I dream of them weekly!
