If you don't know how to speak Kids and Teens first language - Fun, then you're gonna lose them. Fun builds trust with each other and the coaches. It's like money in the bank and when it's time to push hard in training, the account is in the positive to make those withdrawals.

Relationships and community is the strongest driver in consistency. As much as we want to think expert instruction is the biggest driver, it just isn't. Does this mean it isn't important? It absolutely is, but if you aren't building community and a healthy environment for relationships, you are missing the glue that keeps it all together.
