Sometimes all of the options for what I could do with my day feel a bit overwhelming, especially if I’m having some challenging feelings. Should I go for a walk? How about a bike ride? Do I need some journaling time?

I made this little self care deck last year and it’s been helpful for reminding myself what can be joyous and soothing in those times.

This Sunday during the February q***r and trans youth and allies zoom I’ll be showing youth how to make their own self care decks. Register at https://metamorphmentorship.com/qtya-community-zoom

What would you put in your self care deck?

Are you looking for some support or guidance in your life right now? Not sure what your next step should be or what decision feels right? Are you wanting some reassurance from some beautiful tarot cards and a compassionate human that you got this? Sam Raridon is offering divination sessions in person in the Athens area or online. They have a variety of decks and perspectives!

If you or a loved one is new to tarot or looking for another perspective reach out to Samwise about scheduling a session. What a great holiday gift for another going through transition or needing a little energetic boost in these times!

I have a few spots on the books for some divination sessions this winter season! This is a powerful time for divinatory practices-- it's a good time for recognizing how far you've come and for supporting your spirit in looking ahead. This offering would also make an amazing solstice or holiday gift for someone who appreciates conversing with the universe in this way. If you or someone you love could benefit from a conversation with the divine through the plant oracles, send me a DM. These sessions always resonate with insight, solace and love. I truly love holding this space for folks and consider it an honor to be a messenger in this way. I am gift based, so it is pay what you can. Reach out to book yours today!
