What will you say yes to in 2022?

And all of the things in between. No one being is one dimensional. You are whole, you are complex and you are beautiful and unique in your wholeness.

People have been asking me about what I ‘do’ with my clients… sometimes they are surprised to learn is rarely about a final ‘goal’… it truly is about accompanying them during the process of their own self exploration. Allowing them to take a stand for what matters to them, learning what keeps them stuck and what deeply inspires. What a gift it is to witness people finding the depth of self, the power they can have in choice and leaning in to the ability to see what’s here, right now.

What are you willing to do to be the change YOU need to have a more fulfilled life?

We are whole people! And we are capable of dimension and complexity. And sometimes our emotions are filled with duality. Though there may be a desire to stop this from happening… What we truly can benefit from is to begin a shift from self-shame or judgement into a self-love filled resonant choice. We can start doing this by simply being a witness to where we emotionally/energetically are. To be able to feel our complexity and not make it wrong or ‘crazy’ but to just see where we are in a moment without shame or judgement. To love and see our self and the contrasting intricacies of who we are.

I’d like to offer you this: next time you feel overwhelmed with negative emotion, take a deep breath, witness it. Say hello to that emotion. And then you can ask yourself, what is here now? That’s all! Just witness without judgment. You don’t have to DO anything about it right now. Love yourself enough to say hello to those feelings that are arising with complexity. Personal love and power begins with seeing yourself And loving yourself in moments of humanness rather than battling what has come to the moment naturally.

Good things come to those who wait? I’m not always so sure… but good things to come to those who put in the work. It took us a lifetime to land where we are right now, change and growth do not happen overnight. Progress needs an investment from you- the tender of your own life’s garden. You are worthy of nourishment, patience, generosity and time. patience
