I never thought I’d have my own business, and I never thought my baked goods would be “good enough” to sell. Saturday is the show! I make all my treats fresh to order, so a show like this takes a lot of planning. Today was all candy!!! This is Crunchy Coffee Toffee, setting in the pan before it gets broken into bite-size pieces. I also made Fudge Bites (they’re new!) and Sweet & Salty Pecans. I’m so excited to introduce these Crackling Peanut Butter Bites! I’ve been working on the recipe for a while, and it has not been bad to taste test as I practiced.
