What are your bedtime hacks? Share to save a life!

A few ways to make bedtime easier:
✨ Cut off all electronics at least an hour or two before bedtime
✨ If your kids have dessert after dinner make sure it’s as low in sugar as possible to avoid sugar rushes
✨ Warm baths are soothing and relaxing, t it will help calm your kids down
✨ Read bedtime stories
✨ Play low-fi sleep music
