After the frutería, we ventured to the Señores and Señoras Restaurant where we watched a great Costa Rican dance show and got to dance too! We also built ox carts and then painted them. We enjoyed Starbucks and then had a nice farewell dinner at our hotel. We will now attempt to sleep a couple hours before we leave the hotel at 3 am… ¡Pura Vida!

Today we visited the Colegio Técnico Profesional en Tronadora. The culinary students made us an incredible lunch. We participated in games and activities and then we drove around Lake Arenal to La Fortuna. We visited the hot springs and celebrated Boden’s birthday at dinner!

This evening we went out to a nice dinner and then we explored the cloud forest on a night hike. We had excellent guides and we saw many birds and a two-toed sloth and frogs and insects and even a pit viper!

Today did not disappoint! We cooked rice, chicken and empanadas in the Cloud Forest, we hiked in the Monterverde Reaerve, saw beautiful
Hummingbirds, a mot mot bird, many coati, an agouti and even an armadillo!
